About Loh Wei

Loh Wei is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with over eight years of experience guiding diverse individuals and groups in mindfulness practice. His teaching is informed by both professional and personal experience—as an entrepreneur navigating intense work demands, and as a caregiver supporting his father through a prolonged illness. In reconciling his own circumstances, he discovered mindfulness as a way to engage with the complexities of modern life with greater clarity and heart.


Loh Wei's work is founded on a simple but profound understanding: that true resilience is cultivated from within. His approach is practical, trauma-sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based techniques. Attuned to individual needs, he honours each person's unique path. Rather than prescribing one-size-fits-all solutions, he cares deeply about creating a supportive space for reflection and discovery—one that helps participants relate to themselves and their challenges with greater compassion and awareness.


Working with Loh Wei is an invitation to pause and look inward—not to escape the demands of life, but to better understand one's own responses to them. Participants who commit to the process often find themselves developing greater focus, emotional balance, and a quiet strength that fosters resilience against burnout.
