Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program that teaches you how to cultivate a new relationship with stress, anxiety, and pain. Through proven practices and guided meditation, you'll learn to be more present and respond to life's challenges with clarity and inner peace.
Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, this transformative 8-week course combines mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, and group dialogue. It's not about escaping stress—it's about building your capacity to handle it with greater ease.

What to Expect:
Orientation: 04 Oct (4.30pm to 6pm)
In the orientation session, we will be introducing MBSR and mindfulness in details. We will also be engaging in some mindfulness practice to prepare you for the course.
MBSR Lessons: MBSR course will be held over 8 Saturdays from 5pm to 7.30pm as follows. A recording of the class will be available for one week after each lesson, so you can catch up if you miss it before the next lesson:
11 Oct: Lesson 1
18 Oct: Lesson 2
25 Oct: Lesson 3
01 Nov: Lesson 4
08 Nov: Lesson 5
15 Nov: Lesson 6
29 Nov: Lesson 7
06 Dec: Lesson 8
Day of Mindfulness: 22 Nov (10am to 7pm)
During the Day of Mindfulness, we will alternate between sitting and movement-based mindfulness practices. It allows us time and space to fully experience and master the techniques we learnt from the first 6 lessons.
