The MBSR Programme from May to Jul 2025 is confirmed.
Please read on to find out more.
Reduce stress and cultivate inner peace. Stress touches different aspects of our lives—whether it is in work, relationships, financial difficulties, or even daily hassles. And while the challenges of stress are real—the anxiety, the fear, the distress, the worry—there is hope.
With the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, I invite you to participate in a transformational 8-week event combining in-person classes and home-guided practice to explore your relationship with stress—what it is, how it impacts you, and how you can cultivate skills to grow from adversity.
Devoting yourself to this programme will be a gift to yourself and others—an enriching, life-changing practice that will guide you into the inner workings of your mind and also transform how you show up for your family, friends and the people around you.
I look forward to sharing this journey together with you.

This course was very helpful to increase my mindfulness and deal with the stressors in life. I did not know what to expect but was very satisfied with the experience—in large part because Loh Wei has been a fantastic teacher and guide! He was patient to explain concepts during class, ensured everyone was on track (including personal follow-ups / check-ins), and has a very calm demeanour and soothing voice, which enhance the in-class experience. Well done, Loh Wei!

It has been a wonderful journey over the 8 weeks, and Loh Wei conducts the course with care, passion, knowledge, and wisdom. This is my first time attending MBSR, but I have no doubt that I am in safe hands.
During the class, I managed to incorporate mindfulness practice into my routine, and I'm very happy with that pickup.
