How It Works


Our journey begins with a complimentary introductory session to tailor a program that resonates with your needs. A typical coaching program includes:

  • 6-8 weekly one-on-one sessions.
  • 60-minute sessions.
  • A daily 15-minute home practice.


The initial phase focuses on cultivating strong mindfulness skills through regular practice. You'll learn to observe your internal experiences — bodily sensations, thoughts, feelings, and emotions — and gain the power to choose your responses. This newfound clarity and calm enable breaking cycles of unhelpful habits.


As we progress, we either deepen these skills or apply them more broadly, integrating mindfulness into daily life — at work, in relationships, and during stressful situations.


Together, we'll identify areas of your life you wish to transform and set strategic goals and actions. My personalized coaching approach tailors the learning process to effectively support you, whether in improving general health and well-being, revitalizing important relationships, or enhancing focus and calm for peak performance at work or in studies.
